Bluewater Estate is a closed residential secure Estate, situated at the foot of Imhoff’s Farm, just outside of Kommetjie, in the South Peninsula region of Cape Town. The estate borders directly on the flora and fauna rich Wildvoëlvlei reserve, which is a proclaimed National Park , whose abundant natural beauty can’t help but overflow into the Estate.
With 24-hour security monitoring, security patrols and perimeter electric fencing with cameras , you couldn’t ask for a safer, more peaceful environment in which to raise a family.

Bluewater Estate is a residential development, and the Home Owners Association provides residents with an effective way to communicate with Estate Management. Relevant documentation on Design Manual and Codes of Conduct are available here.

Community Socials
The Estate holds a minimum of 3 Community socials per year:
A Family Social in the form of a street party, an Adults Social in the form of dinner at a selected local establishment, and our annual Halloween party for the kids (which boasted almost 90 children last year).
Children’s playpark
The children’s playpark is a secure, shared space with Imhoff’s Gift.
There is an access controlled gate with Residents cell numbers required to be registered on the gatekeeper system in order to gain access.
