Bluewater Estate is located on Atlantic Drive, a quiet, closed-access road off Kommetjie Main road. The estate is bordered by Imhoff’s Farm and Imhoff’s Gift on two sides, looking out over the Wildevoëlvlei Reserve and Long Beach through to Hout Bay. The development is surrounded by mountain vistas on all sides, providing spectacular vistas and backdrops.

Getting around
Bluewater Estate is situated just off Kommetjie main road providing convenient access to all major roads on the South Peninsula including Ou Kaapse Weg (M64), Chapmans Peak (M6), the M65 through to FishHoek and the M4 which spans from Cape Point, through Simons Town, Kalk Bay and down to Muizenburg.
Kommetjie Road Arterial
The Kommetjie road arterial, which has just been extensively upgraded with extra lanes, provides access to Cape Town centre and the Southern Suburbs, via Ou Kaapse Weg (M64) and the M3 highway.
It also provides a link to the M5 highway, which is an alternate route to the City , Cape Town International Airport and links with the Northern Suburbs and the West Coast. Further access to Stellenbosch, Somerset West, the Winelands and an alternate link to the N2 highway, out of Cape Town, is provided by the R300 coastal road (Baden Powel Rd)
